whole lotta lamps

Ken Blaisdell paints a bamboo-leaf pattern on a lamp shade on September 10, at his shop in downtown White River Junction, Vt.. Blaisdell was working on a series of lamps that he has named the "brake lights" because he uses automotive brake rotors as lamp feet.

Or, even better, perhaps you could go back and have him pose for you when the light is better (maybe you can light it up yourself).
